| Description | Users get permission denied when downloading attachments. Users can't upload attachments from the phone including from Drive etc. Reasons: Android has changed the permission system a number of times. The app needs to be updated to support the current way of asking for permissions. Test: https://mantis.nextsource.se/view.php?id=1587 Implement new ways to ask for file storage permission.
